Lots of fitness influencers assume the majority of the population has a gym membership, a home gym, and the ability to start your day at 5AM without interruption. We know that’s unrealistic, especially when you have a love for gymnastics style conditioning.
If you do go to a gym, people stare at you or accuse you of showing off…
If you have access to a gymnastics class, you want to be at a level where you can ensure you won’t hurt or embarrass yourself…
When you try to train at home, you do a little of this and a little of that and get bored easily.
Can you relate?

What you need is structure.
What you need is a plan to follow.
What you need is workouts that work.
What you need is to train with purpose.
What you need is modifications and progressions fit for you.
Our app is for individuals who are either former gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, or gymnastics enthusiasts who want to train using primarily bodyweight exercises and mindset training to reach the best version of themselves. With constantly growing content and tried and true programs inside, our app is also a perfect fit for those who love gymnastics and always wished they could do it, but either didn’t or don’t live near a gymnastics gym or couldn’t afford the traditional sport. We want to break that barrier to entry and make gymnastics strength and conditioning less intimidating. No matter your age, size, experience, gender, or location, we want to be a resource for you to continue or start to train like a gymnast for the rest of your life as a forever athlete and do what you love.
Ten-O is a Podcast hosted by Danielle Gray, the founder of Train Like A Gymnast. This show aims to help formerly competitive athletes succeed at life after organized sport. 10.0 serves a community of recovering perfectionists and high achievers who want to become their best selves. Conversations include discussions about mental health, personal development, movement education, setting expectations and boundaries, as well as limiting beliefs.
Escape with a small tight-knit group to a beautiful destination for 5 days and 4 nights to practice gymnastics skills, break through challenging plateaus, get hands-on help with specific skills, learn more about yourself, and create lifelong memories with your new adult gymnastics family. And don’t forget to keep everyone up to date with your life in the group chat for months after your retreat!
