I bet this is a fun fact you don’t notice at first glance, the entire Olympic team is 18 and older! That’s right, we have a team of #adultgymnasts representing team USA this upcoming Olympics. 

This is the first time since 1956 that the whole team has been over 18 years old!!

To quote our very own founder, Danielle Gray, in our recent Instagram post:

“This Olympic squad should show gymnasts everywhere that your gymnastics career can extend into adulthood!


That you can still do the sport you love after 18.


That you’re not too old at 16.

That you still have time.

That you still have potential.

That you can still be great.

That the culture is changing.

That gymnastics isn’t just for kids.

That you can have muscles.

That you can look like a woman or man.

That you deserve to be strong.

That you can still have hope.

That you are capable.

That you can do it.

That experience helps you succeed.

That you can think about longevity.

That you can extend your career.

That you don’t have to stop.

That you can do what you love.

That you can always incorporate foundational strength, conditioning, and flexibility into your workout routine for the rest of your life to stay connected to your roots.”

We are a community set out to normalize adult gymnastics and shift the gymnastics culture and in doing so, forge connections that turn into life-long friendships within our TLAG team. We are here provide resources to find your local training facility, aid you in your training through our membership, further your stretching through SLAG, develop your pressing through PLAG and watch it all come to fruition through our personal development retreats
